RETURN POLICY

You have 10 days from the delivery date to return products purchased from the bayb.store website.

Important Note on Hygiene Products: Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of opened packs.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, with labels and packaging intact.
• Items purchased online cannot be returned in retail or concept stores.

Return Shipping:

• We do not offer free returns. Please use a shipping company of your choice and ensure you cover the freight costs.
• For sustainability reasons, we do not offer free shipping on returns.

Processing Returns:

• Your return will be processed within 15 business days from the day your parcel is delivered back to us.
• You will receive an email notification once your return is processed, and you can expect your refund within 1-3 business days.
• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used when placing your order.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.

Lost Returns:

• We do not take responsibility for items lost during return shipping.
