What are the limitations of liability for Bayb.store?

RETURN POLICY

You have 10 days from the delivery date to return products purchased from the bayb.store website.

Important Note on Hygiene Products: Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of opened packs.

You may cancel your order within 2 days of receiving it. The products must be returned at your own cost within 10 days from your cancellation notice. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice or the returned products.

If you receive a faulty item, email support@consumerproducts.co within 10 days of receiving the item. Provide as much detail as possible about the issue, and the team will assist you further.

How are prices and payment handled?

Prices on the website include General Sales Tax (GST). Delivery costs are charged separately. Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and several local payment options. Your card will be debited once the order is accepted after a pre-authorization check.
